"ABCO" CHANGE TABLE SPACE SAVER details
The ABCO Space Saver Change Table is manufactured in Australia by ABCO Health Care who have 30 years of experiance in the manufacture of medical couches.
It has been designed as an alternative to the wall mount type table and does not require wall attachments.
This is a free standing table with a height range of 45 to 85cm, a lifting capacity of 150kg and a folded width of 30cm (apart from the flat base plate).
Interchangeable tops allow the table size to be increased as the user grows - lenghts 120cm, 150 and 180cm.
Optional Cot sides can be added or removed at any stage. Other options include straps also a cordless remote switch instead of the hand switch.
The vinyl panel is covered with medical grade vinyl over firm foam which allows the person to be moved without sinking to deeply into the panel.
The base of the panel is 18mm ply wood which makes a very strong panel and is much lighter than chipboard.
Their is a choice of vinyl colours - the bright ones can be more pleasing to the eye but the "Charcoal" or "Wedgewood" are more practical in heavy use situations.
The table height is powered by 2 "Linak" column motors which lift vertically with no side movement. Control is by a low voltage hand switch with the option of a remoted control.
